360 Gallery Launch — Booth Installation, Event Design & Interactive Games

360 Gallery is an immersive launch event designed to introduce a new creative space that bridges art, digital culture, and interactive experiences.
Our team led the end-to-end execution—from booth installation and event design to strategic partnerships and interactive game development—transforming the launch into a multi-sensory experience that invited audiences to explore, play, and connect with the brand in a new way.

The launch of 360 Gallery was envisioned as more than a traditional opening event. It was designed as a platform for discovery, where physical space, digital interaction, and community engagement came together seamlessly.

We created a custom booth installation that reflected the identity of 360 Gallery—bold, contemporary, and experiential. The space was designed to guide visitors naturally through different touchpoints, encouraging exploration while maintaining a strong visual and brand presence.

Beyond spatial design, we acted as the event design organizer, orchestrating the overall flow of the experience, from audience entry to interactive zones and live activities. Strategic partnership collaborations were integrated into the event, expanding reach and creating meaningful connections between creators, brands, and the community.

To elevate engagement, we also developed interactive game experiences tailored for the event. These games were designed to be accessible, playful, and socially engaging—turning visitors into active participants rather than passive attendees. The result was an event that successfully blended art, technology, and entertainment into a unified launch experience.

Task

Launching 360 Gallery required balancing multiple elements—art, technology, brand identity, and audience engagement—within a limited event timeframe. The key challenge was creating an experience that felt immersive and interactive while remaining intuitive and welcoming for a diverse audience.
