A full-scale product launch and retail activation for Bualuang Hair, featuring celebrity appearances, branded booth design, and immersive on-ground experiences to drive awareness and sales across major retail locations.

Bualuang Hair is a long-established Thai herbal hair care brand with over 25 years of heritage in natural beauty products. To support the launch of its new hair care line, Xripple was entrusted to design and execute a complete retail event experience that strengthened brand presence, increased consumer engagement, and supported direct sales at point of purchase.

The campaign focused on transforming traditional retail booths into a modern brand experience. From visual design to on-site operations, Xripple delivered a cohesive activation that aligned Bualuang’s natural, premium, and trusted brand identity with a lively and engaging customer journey. The launch featured celebrity guests, live activities, and structured product storytelling to attract crowds and encourage trial.

Execution & Experience

Xripple handled end-to-end event execution, including booth installation, on-site staffing coordination, stage management, and customer flow optimization. Celebrity product launches were managed with crowd control and media-ready staging.
